1. Offline Access
Gmail now has native offline access to your email. That means that you can access your emails when offline. It also means you can create and send mails offline. Those mails will sit in an outbound queue and send as soon as you have an internet connection.
2. Undo Send
We’ve all been there. We’ve clicked send, only for our hearts to stop when we realise we’ve made a huge mistake. Maybe you sent it to the wrong person or you forgot to correct some mistake or you didn’t attach the document you intended. Whatever the case, Gmail now gives you some options to “Undo Send” and call back that email that should never have been let loose in the world. Choose between 5, 10, 20 or 30 seconds undo send period. So undo send is not unlimited, but 30 seconds should be plenty of time to rectify most mistakes.
3. Automatically Sort Incoming Mail
You probably get tons of email. Gmail can help you get to what is most important or what you need most. All you need to do is set up filter rules that automatically sort your mail as it comes in. Emails from all those “Deals” websites can be moved to their own “folder” where you can deal with them at your leisure. Emails from your boss, however, can be automatically flagged as important, labelled appropriately and given a colour that’ll notice immediately. This way you can prove (yet again) how important you are to your boss.
4. Smart Replies
Quite simply, smart replies save you time by suggested 3 quick responses to a received mail. Click on your desired response and save yourself the time of typing it out.

5. Google Search
And finally we have the power of Google search available to you to find the email you are looking for. Not only can you search in the conventional way, but you can also choose from a number of pre-defined searches, filters and types. Of all the email clients we’ve used, nothing searches better than Gmail.
